Day after Hurricane Sandy hit, I'm driving down the street at what I consider to be a moderate pace and there's someone in front of me, aggravating me, driving no more than 15 mph, really pissing me off. I dont really see anything in front of him and I'm wondering why I have to sit behind and there's oncoming traffic on this 2 way street so I can't pass yet.
After 12 blocks of this, there's no oncoming traffic and I start driving on the wrong side of the road and just hit the gas pedal to finally overtake this idiot. However, I did not know there was another car in front of it and I pass that car in the front right as he was turning and that's also when I first see him as well. So I swerve even closer to the left, and that guy cuts a bit of his speed as well.
Guy turned like 1 foot behind me.
All I could think of was who was gonna call 911 for me, especially since this was still early morning in a blackout area.
I really escaped with one and was shook the rest of the way.
