When was the last time you've went a day without experiencing any racism?

I walk down the street with a bandana under my hat to cool down from my workout. Folks cross the street and screw their face up.

I use a manufacturers coupon at the corner store and the clerk is like "Where did YOU get this?"

I woman invites herself into my convo at the bar to tell me Japanese internment was the worst "we" have done. I mention African slavery and suddenly she got a casserole to cook.

This is just a few moments of one day. It's everyday. This ain't just for black folk either. When was the last day you went without directly experiencing racism?

The only days i don't experience racism are the days when i don't have to be around nonblacks
EDIT: and when i don't use the internet cause white people love to bring up black people in the most irrelevant of situations

I don't experience it too much cuz im not around white folks except for work. At work I really only talk to my black co workers. If I do talk to the white folks its really only about sports

Yo, sports is the GOAT topic. I wasn't too into it but since getting into english premiere league, my conversations with white people have been 1000 times better.

I honestly can't think of the last time I actually experienced undisputable "racism", other than a few black people telling me that I "act white" because I like to read the newspaper every morning...other than that...not really, but i'm sure it happened some time recently, but I don't recall it.

We experience racism every day of our lives because we're economically disadvantaged, under constant threat of state terrorism, etc. I'll gladly trade those tangible, impactful things for only having to deal with funny looks and N-bombs.
