I like those when I fly. But my daily commute I use Bose IE2. They're the best sounding earbuds I've ever used.

I dont think they are going anywhere for a minute unless the big earphone trend goes away. They are like the ipod of headphones in terms of branding, you think MP3 player you think iPod and the same for Beats with headphones for most. That big ass B is a symbol of status to some now but you dont get the same effect with the buds in terms of flashiness people want.

AKG q701 and k701
Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro
Sennheiser HD 518

There are lots but these are all cheaper than beats and just as good or better and look good too. These are just a few that I liked. I considered all of them before I bought the audio technica a900x's

All those headphones are like 200+, I might as well get beats if im going to spend that much.. Fact is Beats are still around because they look and actually sound good, I'm not a producer or DJ I dont care for all that stuff only "audiophiles" can hear.

Ive tried skullcandy and bose, they sound good, but not as good as my studio beats. until someone makes a better sounding and better looking headphone, they aint going anywhere. thats why every rapper in the world is trying to put out headphones and nuone of them are seeing the same success.

EXACTLY!!! Yall just want to be different. Ive never seen these so called elite headphones in like best buy or somewhere.

Beats are only really good for hip hop though unless you get the highest grade joints.

They can't touch the premium phones nor are they made too.

But I gotta say they are stylish though
