I kind of get sick when something terrible happens to us and everybody runs to the church and says something like,

"Don't worry, God is going to see us through and will take care of our oppressors"

Then we just sit around and wait and keep turning the other cheek and saying the same thing over and over

Bible is some 4000 year old BS. Back then they had almost 0 understanding about the world. They thought the earth was flat, unmoveable, and we were the centre of a small universe built in 6 days. We now know it's completely wrong, as is the rest of fairy tales in the bible.

People love the idea that they're special, there's a celestial being watching over them, we'll see our loved ones in heaven, and there is some divine justice . Sadly there isn't, all we have is thecoli :blessed:

Meanwhile the pastor is a boss rolling in a new Caddy, dressed fresh to death with expensive brands, living in a nice crib :wow:ppl living in the surrounding communities on the other hand....bunch of businesses owned by Arabs, Asians, cacs that don't hire nikkas...abandoned houses, nikkas living in public housing or struggling to pay the rent

I personally have known dudes (one was a relative) who specifically went and got their theology degree to preach and eventually become a pastor so that they could get money from the congregation :wow:dudes weren't even really "saved" they were just acting. That's not rare either.

I do know ONE guy personally who really puts in work as far as the black people in the community, he's helped some of them get better cars, gave them a job, or helped them get a better apartment. Majority aren't like that though, he's definitely in the minority. Most are pulpit pimps who aren't even real "Christians" and are just in it for the money and their own lifestyle, a lot of black ppl just don't realize it. :snoop: these megachurch preachers are generally the worst of all though, I think some of you don't even realize how much $ they're raking in, I used to actually SEE the amounts of $ written out, and Pastor Jones is gonna go on expensive trips to fukk some hoes with that (a "business trip"), buy another car, more suits, watches, etc i have kicked it with some of the ones I knew and they didn't change after they became a pastor, their lifestyle just upgraded. If I weren't the type of guy I am (my conscience), I could've gotten into the whole minister thing and did the same, it's not even hard to become one and a lot of dudes just use it as a hustle and ppl blindly believe them.

It's all bullshyt. And I'm tired of black people using their good fortune and opportunities as justifying why God exists. "I couldn't have got this blessing without God". No, you got the "blessing" because your qualifications met the requirement of the job and the hiring manager gave you the job.

"God brought me out of using drugs". No, you met a pastor who is a great speaker and used a "superior being" as a way to make you believe you were being healed by a supernatural force. The reality is that you no longer wanted that life and wanted someone that can help you.
