Conventional aka one of the goat fundamental exercises
To purely isolate the glutes tho, or you can do glute bridges without a barbell
Sprinting is also a great way to activate glutes

Yeah a lot more quad activation than anything else and since most people don't break parallel they're basically working all quads and back. Like I try to tell people it's most ly genetic as far as how the muscles will look but it's still a good idea to isolate muscle groups. I don't give a fukk about how I look. I just like to try and get as strong as possible in basic, basic exercises
