I'm sorry but... elementary school beef? :mjtf:
Shiiit happens more then you think. I remember a couple years back, there being a situation when kids from one neighborhood in SE DC got rezoned to another school that had beef with their area.

It's not a shock too see kids who virtually live in the same area, but never go to the same schools. Even some off these school administrators understand some off these area beefs

:yeshrug: King Von and Durk did worst to me. Keef at least matured and separated himself from a lot of that shyt. Case in point:

And that’s just one example. He was even critical about what happened to Kenneka Jenkins, so I still give him an A for effort. Durk and especially Von got all these nikkas saying gang after every sentence and dissing whole blocks they not even from, and dead nikkas they’ve never even met before. Another case in point:

Chief Keef was more so just turn up music for us, like a Chicago Waka Flocka, we weren’t really deeply interested in what gang he was from like that, like we never thought about killing opps and shyt like these new internet nikkas do. Hell the song that got the most spins my last few years in high school was Love Sosa and Hate Bein Sober. We weren’t really jocking the gang shyt to that extent. Like you always had nikkas around the way who claimed they were folk or lord but that was already there, had nothing to do with drill, and definitely not Keef.

Crazy because Keef was wildin out and realized that he was in a privileged position .... could have been locked for years like Gucci and Bump J.

If it's anyone u need to blame though, its DJ Akademiks. He's the one that satirically made the Chiraq drill scene look like the Marvel Universe by dubbing Reese and nem as cartoon characters. He set the blueprint for sqaures like Trap Lore Ross. Even Truth Teller and ZackTV1 was doin interviews in the trenches of Chi-Raq.

keef was born in the shiny suit era and as he was coming up ringtone rap was popping. eras stylistic different from the gangsta rap eras

:scust:

Keef was born not too long after OB4CL came out.

Im pretty sure his Mom was playing Yukmouth, Crucial Conflict, and Spice 1 while cleaning the crib too.

Chief Keef wasn't anywhere near the beginning of this.

It goes back to 90' Sacramento rap.

They were the ones who popularized dissing "opps" on record.

Mr Doctor "Killa Cap Pilla" was the first song I recall a rapper blatantly shytting on a rival set and mocking their "dead homies" on wax. Chicago rappers just took it one step further and started naming specific ppl.
