Some of already been mentioned. DDP is probably the most notable one for me. He was my 2nd favorite WCW wrestler behind Booker T, and they totally shyt all over him. he never looked to have the upper hand at any fukking time during his feud with Undertaker. That was embarrassing.

Some lesser ones for me. Not really my favorite wrestlers, but blown opportunities based on their characters:
- Bully Ryback turning face
- Excellent heel Christian turned into generic face Christian turned into p*ssy weak heel Christian turned into p*ssy weak "one more match" Christian
- Matt Hardy Version 1 leaving SD to go to Raw cause he was a chump ass simp
- Sean O'Haire. Ended up with a really good character in the WWE in 2003, but the WWE sent him to developmental heading into that character and making him gain weight/muscle, and eliminate all the high flying moves he used to do. He had a great look and character, but they neutered the shyt out of his moveset.
