Yeah I remember when I was like this too, then I realized, that as long as its fried beyond belief, you'll be fine. Let's also keep in mind that there's some fecal matter in all burgers(yes even the high end restaurant ones). But its fried, frozen, and fried again, so honestly, its completely fine to eat. Them food cart hot dogs...I don't know, to be fair, you more than likely eat something vile every day without realizing.
In this case, ignorance is bliss, eat what you like, and realize that you've more than likely eaten far more horrible things than you can think of...especially if you go down on your girl.

Chinese restaurants are FILTHY I did food deliveries for a minute and those restaurants always had the worst hygiene and sanitation. Fish left on dirty sinks, buckets of chicken in damp dark moldy ass basements left out to thaw.
They dont change the grease daily like they should. They will literally feed you garbage and forget about them using gloves or hairnets.
You better off eating at home if you cant afford to eat at real restaurants.
