In comparison to other fast food spots it's definitely lower tier. Hardees/Carl's Jr., Jacks, Chick-fil-A, Sonic, Whataburger, Wendy's, 5 Guys, etc. Are all better. And McDonald's ain't even really all that cheap either.

they also tend to be cleaner than the other major fast food chains

Saying you don't fukk with McDonald's is low hanging fruit. It's like a teenager thinking he's smarter than 99% of people because he doesn't listen to mainstream music and is an atheist.

McDonalds offers a lot of options for a small price. They're dominant in the fast food market for a reason.

I haven't had Mickey D's in many yrs.

I never had an issue with it, but I don't exactly miss it.

McDonalds stepped their game up over the last few years. Locations are clean, food feels fresher, Prices still cheap. You know what you’re getting when you pull up to McDonald’s. Subway and Burger King are WOAT status right now.

I love the double quarter pounder with cheese and fries and when they have those specialty burgers, but mainly I'm a big fan of the McDonald's sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin with hash browns on select mornings when I don't feel like cooking breakfast.

They ain't got no flavor. They don't season the patty. Bread, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle..can you even taste the fake cheese?

As you get older not only does Mcdonald's not hit the same, you gotta watch it cause it'll blow you up quick. And it's not even that cheap anymore. Historically that was a large part of the appeal. Nothing was the same once they raised the price of a mcdouble over a $1.

I don't think they are nasty. To be nasty it'd have to taste bad. It doesn't have any taste.

Fries and shakes and nuggets aren't necessarily a meal but it is what it is.
