If you’re nice with it with decent experience you shouldn’t have a problem. Kinda hard to know these days though.
Hopefully you have the experience gained from your current job. Alot of places value experience vs degree, with that said it will take you longer than a degree having person

As some have mentioned it's not ideal. But if the job is in the field you have experience in and the only thing you don't have is the degree. Lie about the degree.
Cause you have to expect the HR person is skipping resumes without the degree first. Lying about the degree should at least buy you time to get the interview.
The thing to consider is they may try to verify it before giving you the offer and then find out you lied and not hire you. The even worse impact is that you get hired and it's discovered that you don't actually have the degree that could be a shyt storm

Well you still have the experience....which you were hopefully able to gain a few years of. When you see a degree as a requirement on a job listing look at all other requirements as well. In half the cases they state that a certain amount of related experience is acceptable if you lack a degree. And frankly even if they don't say that and you feel you can do the job apply anyway and include a cover letter explaining how your experience is a fit.

You already had a job in that field and have the experience they’re not gonna ask for a copy of your degree and if they do fukk em and find another job that won’t

If it’s a low skill high paying job, they’re fukked. If you have a skilled position but no degree, you’ll usually get the job before someone with no experience and a college degree.

You know what the biggest cheat code to land jobs easy is being someone who comes across like somebody you want to be around. If they think you are really cool you can easily punch above your weight lol
