Happened with me as a family eligibility specialist back in April (started in January), had like two more weeks of training before on call floor by ourselves. Last day I was there we were entering mock cases and it started getting confusing with what the specifics of what we were doing that week (woman for that class was trash at explaining it). We all virtual so we messaging each other like

. It was a state call center job too so really ain’t wanna do it but they got back so decided to try it. After that day of confusing lessons I said fukk THIS shyt & sent email to the supervisor of the building I got appointed to, dropped my computer off and ghosted the trainers and classmates without giving them notice. Like I said only let the supervisor know this wouldn’t work out. I ain’t wanna be the nikka fukking up benefits and livelihood because the way I was being taught the shyt virtually wasnt clicking anymore.
Funny thing is I was breezing thru all the teachings up until the last couple days with a great grade.
Did some pool building manual labor shyt, but just got word of an offer from Feds just on the 23rd which I been knocking out the onboard tasks these past couple days
