A large swath of the population, men and women alike, don't truly know how to cook. It's why a lot think very binary when it comes to food.
You could make a fire thai inspired salad with chicken. It hits all the macros and actually tastes delicious.
Chopped Thai-Inspired Chicken Salad
For breakfast you could do a sweet potato/sausage hash with peppers on the onion. If you want, you could add an egg on top and toss it in the oven. Season it well. Filling, healthy and tasty.
If you like pasta, you could look into chickpea pasta or other non wheat options. Texture is a bit diff but nothing serious. But the benefits are much higher protein and fiber content as well as a bit less carbs. There are a lot of low carb options out there with pasta too, though.
I don't even red meat or chicken anymore, just fish. But there are so many amazing options regardless. Especially if you still consume meat, you can be healthy and tasty. I used to make a ground beef Bulgogi dish and toss it right on top of a salad, when I was keto.
Experiment. Too many cultures and foods in the world to just equate healthy with boring.
Nah bruh we ouchea hardcore eating iceberg lettuce like they’re apples and raw spinach like chips.

Whoever discovered basil, garlic and tomatoes go together….pizza is my weakness.
