1st episode, Ned takes dude's head for running

Ned was traumatized after what happened to Rhaegars children and his wife. This expanded on in the books.Ned Stark was a dumbass
and he died for nothing, why would u let Cersi know that u knew some sh1t like that?
Begging and pleading to a little kid, letting him chump u moments before ur death while ur daughters sitting there crying and upset u turned into a b1tch
ur better off without ur head since u ain't using it

hopefully not just foreshadowing as wellNeds honor and humanity killed him. Which is a theme in the books.
When I get around to binge watching this from the beginning
Haven't seen season 1 in years.

He knew the same thing would happen to Cercei and here kids if Robert found out. So he was trying to give Cercei a chance to escape.
Also it was Sansa who told Cercei Neds plan. Don't know if the show says it

Let Littlefinger kill the man you look up to as a father brehs
Be the King but don't actually put in any kind of work and guilt-trip your honorable friend into the job of cleaning up your mess brehs
Be so shook you try to assassinate a little girl half a world away brehs
Get lured to death by the cousin who was also blowing your wifes back out brehs
Although the show is what got me into the books. The books are so much better that the show. After reading the source material they aren't matching the scale or nuance of the books on the show. And the show has great production value and some nuance especially earlier seasons. But the last couple of seasons have really dumbed down the show, no coincidence it is when they went off book.Rewatching seasons 1-4 showed me the series is lowkey trash now.
Gets by because of 1-2 amazing episodes per season. Basically the lack of George R R exposes these showrunners something serious.
after the "Hold the door!" episode. While I was like this
.Yep.
Betrayed by your own whore daughter
If anything the foreshadowing should be that with all of this teaching of “Honor” and “House Loyalty” to the boys of the lineage, the same should have been stressed to the girls.
Arya already had it because it was her nature. But they let Sansa run around dreaming about marrying a prince and living a posh life that this bytch gave her father up at the SLIGHTEST inclining that she wasn’t going to get her way![]()
diluting the Stark loyalty and warrior gene. It was the Tully in Rob what got him killed.Rewatching seasons 1-4 showed me the series is lowkey trash now.
