This song used to receive maximum play back in summer of 2003 , I was only like 7 but I remember it playing so frequently to the point I used to hate the song after a while every time it came on ,now listening to it and watching in present times it just triggers vivid memories of that summer in the BX running around the hood as a lil kid with my friends,cookouts/block parties , back when that blackout had the whole NYC without light for a day , 50 cent was a force to be reckon with in the rap game & we were in the parks dressing like dipset bonus members ... lol funny how shyt you perceived as mediocre back then become some what of novelty when you get older .
