I feel like the heart is the emotional place checker of the mind. The mind wants us to make a decision with the snap of a finger, and the mind can easily think of devious or irrational things to do to other people. The heart makes us sit on that thought for a minute and make sense of what the mind wants to do, then formulate that thought into a more rational thought or action.

Obviously this does not work for all people. As some people are just bad people in general who have a terrible heart to go with a terrible mind, but I think people who has heart has stopped themselves from doing a lot of shady, rushed or irrational things that the mind wants to do.

I watched it, my opinion remains the same.
Besides all the examples but 1 show things that the mind and heart would be in concert over (like buying a home for your mom).

The only one that doesn't follow this would be climbing a mountain with no safety support... and I have no intention of doing that.

The heart is wicked. Follow Jesus because if you have experience alot of bad things and seen alot your heart can become corrupted and you won't even notice it.
