Running from a Yellowjacket nest I disturbed. I got away. Had a good laugh lookin at the replay on surveillance system.

I have been thinking about this alot lately tho.
Last time i got to really really let it out.
It was 2009 or so.
The bus driver said he wanted to keep gas'n the bus.
just to see how much more faster than his bus accelarating i was.
Whole bus said,...
They never seen nobody that fast.

I only got silver
All because i did not know how to race in a track based ideal then.
So i did not know.
To not look back at the distance i was leading.
I was in such shock at my lead.
Everyone said i looked back and it dropped my real speed and that was how i came in second.
As people were like we could see you look back at how you were destroying everyone.
That it is said i went into visible shock.
Giving up the lead at the finish line running in shock.
Learned to never look back when racing then.
Still know i am that fastest nikka easy tho still.

About two weeks ago - playing soccer. Running back on defense full sprint and chasing down a few loose balls. That’s what I like about soccer, the bursts of speed and then light jogs.

In high school we were practicing marching band stuff outside afterschool and mid routine we heard gunshots and my ass was GONE….heavy ass tenor sax in my hand and all that. That became the inside joke for the rest of the year cause I was a fat nikka out sprinting all these nikkas….I wasn’t gon be the one catching the stray that day

cops pouring out every crack and alley way to ensnare people on the street. had to run for our lives. those who got detained just for being present were held in the rain for hours then in a cell for the weekend.
we literally missed making the cut. the cops were locking arms and closing the circle around us and we got out when they just closed the circle. everyone who was caught in the ring was detained then the rest chased.

I walk the greenways in my city.
But I hate bugs. But mostly I haven’t seen too many crazy looking ones lately so it’s cool.
But I was coming around the bend and this fukker was on the trail in front of me.
It’s a type of hornet. Cicada Hawk. Terrifying.
I literally damn near ran into the creek to get around it and was convinced it was chasing me.
Major NOPE moment. I’ve never seen something so big in my life.

Last time I sprinted was in 2000 at a football game. I tore my groin like Fred Taylor. Haven't ran full speed since.
Think I'm going start training up to doing it regularly. I think sprinting is one of the best workouts you can have. Sprinting used to cure all types ailments for me, from illness to sore muscles.
