You got a job, you better be glad, even if you hate it:pachaha:

There is a breh and brehette at the gig that I haven't seen in 2 weeks. Obviously they were let go. At least they called them at home instead of making them come in just to walk them out with security to embarrass them, like they normally do
Man i be tellin nikkas yall better sit down and thank God you got a steady income...This aint the time to be throwin ya jobs in the bushes

│ "DEI" initiatives were cut hard. Both in federal government and whichever entities didn't want trump's ire.

│ │ │ Pretty much. Dismantling DEI was never about trying to improve the merit-based hiring process - it was about removing obstacles that prevented wealthy white men from hand-picking their friends or family members for a job, and surrounding themselves with people who look and think like them.

@JosephPolitano
The unemployment rate for Black Americans rose to 7.5% in August, the highest level since 2021 and a nearly 1.5% increase from the start of this year

This is a bad case of “Joey hasn’t tweeted a chart in a long time and forgot to update the title”—sorry about that

“A Strong Recovery”?

@teroterotero
November 2026 elections will be an earthquake. Massive Black and Latino unemployment spikes will lead to a complete reversal of GOP curious trends - China trade war damage on farmers will trigger voting boycotts - housing crash will alienate suburban white MAGA.

@bhoffman1us
@JosephPolitano, this is a concerning trend that highlights the need for continued focus on equity in opportunities.
