Shoulders, back, hips or somewhere else? Are you doing anything to increase your range of movement? When did you first notice it kicking in? What have you had to change in order to adapt to the impingement? Why do you ignore it and not fix it? Did you just accept it as part of the flabbification without resistance?

Have you ever noticed the link between your mind and body? How the former feels best when the latter is handling its business in the optimal sense with the greatest range of motion and all cylinders doing what they do in tune to the rhythm.

I'm least flexible in my willingness to sacrifice my hobbies and lifestyle for a potential romantic partner, as well as in my ability to forgive people who have hurt me in the past.

That is a dope tangent. On the flip what do you think would shift in your life that is currently lacking if you weren't so rigid in these areas?

One of the most interesting things I've found about these impingements (be they mental or physical, I'd be willing to bet there is a correlate between both in your example. Knees and below I'd guess) is that they are often protective mechanisms for deeper unacknowledged behavior patterns that you've avoided examining.

Also :russ:at the amount of people who take an unpauseworthy topic all the way out of Harlem with their projections.

Why are you asking other men this question?

Research. This previous thread proved what I suspected about most posters having repressed anger and poor sleep:

The current one is to see where the limitations are manifesting. I predict hips will be most common if people are honest with their replies. The third one will be about solutions to both problems because I believe that trapped, ignored emotions manifest in the body as symptoms with no underlying physical cause.

All based on a few cases involving clients getting various surgeries/popping pills they didn't actually need as the root cause was something totally different. Practical metaphysics...
