I went to Walmart and the grocery store yesterday and literally everyone had on masks and gloves.

Cut hepa rated heater filters into smaller squares to use as replaceable filters for these ^^ or other masks that accept filters. If the hepa ones aren't available, try to get at least the 1500 virus rated variant.
