@aaaaaaa don't quote me bro but
I bought glucosamine and I'm working out every other day now. I'm also eating protein. Any more hints? :sohh:
To answer ur question...
Do sprints, drink milk, stay away from gluten and wheat, play some sort of sport that stresses the legs.
Get high amounts of sunlight or vitamin D
there's igf-1 supplements than u can take if u need to. Drink colostrum or kefir if u can get ur hands on it

This is a fantastic post. It goes over some things I know and others I don't, all of which correlate with increased IGF-1 levels. I never thought a coli poster would have this kind of knowledge, but you're one of the smarter posters so I should have known. Thanks a lot for the counsel.
Colostrum huh.
I'm 22. Is it possible to grow anymore?
Also, PM me about where I might get HGH.

That's an awful lot of dikksucking. Thank you I am very satisfied.
You shouldn't get HGH. It's not good for you. Try HGH peptides.

Whatt does HGH do that peptides don't? I was under the impression that one shouldn't take peptides.
