Another user explained it briefly, but the Evolution bootleg was created by combining every available leaked song at the time (not just the Makeveli bootlegs) in its original "source quality" and then sold.

The version you downloaded from the link is the "public" Evolution btw and has degraded material, there is a "Private" version somewhere (I can probably hook you up) which contains everything that's on the Public Evo, plus more, with less or no degraded material.

It doesn't include anything that leaked after a certain date (2009) either, so there is a lot of missing material. Just send me a PM or reply in here.
