Was based on cheesesteak.
It is literally a poor man's cheesesteak with ground beef.

Chopped Cheese Sandwich? I can hardly find Steak and Cheese or Filet Fish and Cheese here in Atlanta. All they have is American Deli, where the Steak and Cheese Subs taste like roach spray. Anybody from the DMV who was use to Eddie Leonards, better not move down here.
