I liked Future before, I was a fan..... But he has been on roll since that Monster mixtape dropped. Features been on point, and it's just something a lil more soulful about his music lately. It's still that ignorant trap shyt, but I can just feel his pain on some of the songs lately.
With the run he been on part of me wants him to drop and album but the other part is like fukk it just keep dropping dope mixtapes putting out the shyt he wants to without the label wanting him to make certain type of songs....
You could make the argument he's better than he's ever been right now,I wouldn't personally say that but he is giving people something different than what he has in the past. Lyrically I would say he has improved,flow wise Future putting on a display right now
....I didn't not like him before lyrically,but for those who didn't I could see them liking him now.
Sure its dikk riding like it is with every artist that's popular at the moment getting love....Matter of fact maybe it was fake the first time,maybe folks was just fans of Future because he was the "it" new guy,who was next and the hottest dude outta Atlanta.
Evidence actually kinda shows that when you look at how many folks wrote him off as done,and said Young Thug and Quan had the juice now....It feels real this time
Without all the hype and Future bein seen as "cold" people gravitated to the last 3 tapes naturally and by word of mouth,how often do you see artist come back once they've been labeled "cold" and multiple replacements have already been crowned and givin his spot
I think its real based on the fact Future aint THAT popular in the mainstrea,or that visible where stanning him would even be some major movement everybody is doing,unless I'm out the loop. Plus a gang of nikkas I know in real life all say the same thing about Monster,Beast Mode,56 Nights....when you bring up his name nikkas yell out "Have you heard his last 3 albums/mistapes
!!" or at least name 2 outta 3 if they haven't heard all of em.
