I thought Trel was going to be the one. "No Secrets" was an album quality mixtape, "April Foolz" wasn't bad and although "Nightmare on E Street" wasn't the masterpiece he was promising, it was still decent. Somewhere along the way this nikka lost his focus and morphed into one of the most generic, corniest trap rappers in the game. If he's not slobbing Chicago's dikk, then he's doing a 3rd rate Ross imitation nowadays. His last few projects have been flops (although the track "Burn" should have definitely gotten more spins). It doesn't help that he's an absolute cornball on social media and acts like he never had a drop of p*ssy before the "fame". When him and Wale mended fences and he joined MMG I thought that would light a fire under his ass but he's been on autopilot ever since. He needs to realize his non-rapping homeboys the "Slutty boyz" are never gonna pop off (Ooochie has promise though) and people didn't gravitate to him for formulaic trap music but heartfelt tracks. Are we ever going to hear something on par with "Ya'all nikkaz ain't real" again?

So where did he go wrong? :sadcam:
