Where did "God is a woman" come from?

Women give birth to life, it’s the same reason it’s called ‘Mother Nature’ not Father.
Generally when we’re talking about nature or even referring to countries we use the feminine form, you may have heard countries referred to as ‘She’.

pagan babble, they've been trying to reverse the norm since derrida and them post structuralist/post modern thinkers. Really , they are trying to displace the patriarchal pov for a more feminist. am all for treating women right but when see where society is headed towards it makes sense, when women reign chaos and homos come in and take over lol

I would agree except they can't do it by themselves. Even during birth they require assistance.

In America it comes from the fact that God had been gendered as a man for so long when women finally got a voice in society they wanted to push the idea that God was a woman as a counter to this notion.

It's not deeper than that.

But don't folks understand that God isn't a "Him" as we understand a human male is?
