hell, my last townhouse in the Jackson area, 3 bedroom rent was like 1450. My most expensive apartment was like 600 a month. And that was on the 12th floor of a 12 floor building. Nobody even knew it was apartments in it, really.


But that was like pre-katrina. Who knows what prices are like now.
