GTA 4 touched down on this shyt LIGHTLY with them missions you did for Little Jacob where you had to deliver vehicles with ''packages' and shyt and had to shoot your way out of some shoddy deals, but I been saying GTA need to got you doing some hardcore drug running/hustling on an optional but extensive level.
Heck, you should be allowed to just set up shop on a corner somewhere and face the consequences whether it be police or rival gangs with the ability to try and sell to random pedestrians like in the remake of Narc.
Not just simply missions where you try and out run the cops and park a car in a garage and collect money, I want to buy and sell product of my choice and be able to branch out.

I liked the dark atmopshere GTA IV had with Liberty City, and if we can somehow get that in a flashy Vice City then I'm perfectly fine with that too.
