average women dont need to approach men, we get approached relatively frequently. I get approached by men more attractive than me, why would i need to risk rejection by aproaching? If a man is interested he will do something about it. Im not sure what else you're asking. I think even below average women have suitors, like you have to be really unattractive to have zero interest.
