Personally I couldn't put him in the top 30 but i think if you rank him above Dr Dre, Primo, Timbaland, Dj Quick, Kanye, Dilla, hi-tek, alchemist ,9th, or Pete rock your hip hop pass should be revoked.
I couldn't even put him next to battlecat or salaam remi this nikka Johnny J is responsible why alot pacs production was mediocre at a time when the west had production on lock. He was a work horse, not a A list producer.
