I base it off discography and longevity

I base it off longevity and catalogue. To be in my top 10, you gotta have 3 or more classics. They gotta be classics to me, i don’t care what the public thinks. Classics i can always go back to and listen to.

Top 10- gotta have 3 or more
11-15- gotta have 2 or more
16-25- atleast one classic

I've never fleshed out a Top 10 but if I really tried he'd likely be in it. The literal only thing he lacks is record sales.

Yet I had niqqas arguing me down that he ain't Top 50 and scratching him off for Percy Miller

Lupe and Kanye both put on for Chicago conscious rap way harder than Com ever did but hes a great legacy artist.

I have him above artists like Kweli and Pharaoh Monche, but waaaaaay below a Black Thought, MF DOOM or even a Mos Def/yasiin bey, who never reached his full potential.

He’s probably top 20, but I do agree for a top tier rapper you gotta have some slaps ( doesn’t mean club bangers lol), and he just doesn’t have it
