It's kinda tough gauging ALC because while some of his production has been amazing, it hasn't been influential due to his style and the era of hip-hop he's existed in. I guess it all depends on what your criteria for determining your list is. Mine is roughly:
-Quality
-Innovation
-Influence
-Longevity
-Adaptibility
-Consistency
The one area ALC is lacking is Influence. Some might argue innovation, but I disagree. I think he's taken sample based production and continued to do amazing things with it, right around the time people were starting to say it was passe or dying.
On the other hand, someone like Premier or Pete Rock would have high marks on this stuff, except Adaptability and Consistency.
