He has supported a bunch of artists once he established himself, but he has never been a mainstream type of producer, so nobody expects from him to launch new artists into the forefront of hip hop.

Those albums I mentioned do have top notch production. I don't care how many people care about them.

If you think that ALC is "an album-filler type producer", then you're probably not familiar with his discography.

none of these nikkas know his discog like that

i get it tho, it's a lot

but as someone who knows the legends discogs and his.... :francis:

Lots of producers are not mainstream producers who launched careers. What are you talking about? Large Professor, Ski, etc. Clams Casino launched Lil B and ASAP Rocky.

I know more about Alc's discography than you do. Any more excuses?

Im talking about independent producers from the same era as Alchemist
Large Pro an Ski are early to mid 90's producers. Clams Casino came long after ALC. Im not familiar that much with recent hip hop as I am with older stuff, so I can't judge about that era... :yeshrug:

If you know that much about Alc's discography, how can you claim that he is "an album-filler type producer"? :snoop: That's crazy.

You mean that convo between you and @Xtz23? Were there other big records that were brought up? Because dude missed a bunch of semi-known Alc bangers.

I'm down for the challenge. Let's see what T-mixx has to offer.

He gave 3 legit classic Alchemist beats:

"The Realest"
"We Gonna Make It"
"Keep It Thoro"

and I mentioned...

I mean, you ain't even say

"Bang Bang"
"Bang Bang (Shoot 'Em Up)"
"Worst Comes To Worst"
"No Idea's Original"
"Book Of Rhymes"
"Gangster & A Gentelman"
"Who Can I Trust?"
"Got It Twisted"

Now if you think Alchemist has more classics than that and you wanna put 'em up against T-Mixxx,
say the word...but Full Disclosure: I got 16 beats in the clip, and one in the hole.

I see your bluff and I'm ready :salute:

You go first. I'm on the phone so I won't be able to post links but I have names.
