Where does Barry White rank as a producer?

Barry White was a 300+ lb dude with a beard, a Jheri curl, sweat alot......and STILL had chicks throwing panties on stage at him. He was a bad man.

And his singing voice is one of the greatest ever, but his talking voice is probably the GOAT on-record speaking voice. Like some of his songs he'd just talk for like 2-3 mins before he even started singing, and it was perfectly fine.

His talking on "Secret Garden" by Quincy Jones is easily as good as any of the singing

yup because Love's Theme was so foundational to the disco sound/scene
