Pacman? Nah fukk that. He should let PAC and his team keep begging for a fight and never give it to them! All the shyt they were saying before when they had the chance now they are over hungry for it because manny has lost 2 in a row and fighting a scrub called Rios!

He will probably fight Garcia next, maybe khan if he keeps winning and then fukk knows!

Money would be stupid if he gave Pac a 2nd chance. Pac is a roiding loser and Money has nothing to gain from fighting him. If he beats him they just gonna keep hating him and say Pac was washed up and if he loses to a roided Pac that's gonna mess up his legacy.

Pacman:manny:

If Paquiao puts a Margarito-esque beating on Rios.

Pacman the only one I seriously believe has the skill and guts to do it. He throws 7 punch combos with lightening speed and isn't afraid to go to war.

You saw what Marquez did to him right? And Marquez got robbed in the fight before the KO!

Floyd would pick manny off easily! Manny is a small dude, Floyd wouldn't have a problem putting a clinic on. Manny has no D either

That split purse not gonna happen,

I feel like thats the only thing left for money... Nobodies touchin him .
It's great to have a high-profile champion that is winning everything. It's what the sport wants.

But the sport also needs some damn competition. Pacman is not where he was a few years ago, but nonetheless, he's the most high-profile current boxer on earth, excluding Money.

People would eat into this.

The common - not even casual - common boxing fan, myself included, didn't have a clue about Canelo until this fight was announced. However, it became something because Mayweather's name was attached.

Now just imagine if his name was side-and-side with Pacman :ohhh:

(sorry for quoting you breh, just kinda went off with something you said :lolbron: )

i think Floyd would knock Pacman out, before and after the Marquez loss, just a bad matchup for Pac all around.

I think most people feel that these names are his best competition and are probable opponents: Amir Khan, Devon Alexander, Danny Garcia, Manny Pacquiao, GGG (I ain't spelling out that shyt :beli:), Sergio Martinez, Tim Bradley, Juan Manuel Marquez (rematch), Adrien Broner, and Canelo Alvarez (rematch).

More than likely, Floyd will go the Khan/Alexander rout for his next fight. After that, I think Floyd faces the winner of Bradley/Marquez (thereby unifying the Welterweight division), and then has a mega show-down with Garcia in Sept of 2014. I could see Floyd fighting Bradley/Marquez, then fighting Pacquaio immediately afterwards, but like everyone else is saying, Top Rank won't make the deal.

Who do I want him to fight? I'd love to see him fight Garcia, Martinez and GGG. GGG is the only guy I see that can give Floyd the fight of his life, but again we all thought that tonight :heh:

floyd needs to move up or fight pacquiao. nobody is going to fall for this again. theres nobody out there who can seriously threaten him without moving up and you cant sell a danny garcia fight. its pacquiao or move up at this point everything else is just backtracking

How can you not sell a Garcia fight? Garcia is the unified champ at 140. If Floyd moves back down and fights Marquez/Bradley/Alexander, he will have just about cleaned out the Welterweight division, with the exception of Broner.

A few scenarios could play out:

1) Floyd dispatches the IBF and WBO champ at Welterweight, Broner fights Garcia and loses, and Floyd fights the Garcia (the Unified champ at 140 and the WBA champ at 147) fight as a unification bout at 147

or

2) Garcia vacates his titles, moves up, beats Bradley, Marquez or Alexander and they build the hype that way as a Welterweight showdown

Either way, I think Floyd will move back down and fight the remainder of his contract at 147. I think Broner losing would help Garcia big time, whether that's by his hand or someone elses.
