very solid at his peak, but def not elite imo.
For those who don't understand why I'm asking this, you all have to realize that for Gore to be touted as such, he would've had to have been a complete spectacle on the field (Just Google ALL the backs who played prep ball in Miami-Dade county.).

Very underrated receiver as well out of the backfield. He's my favourite Niner RB of all-time. The best the team has ever had IMO as well.He had consistency and longevity. Love Frank. Did a lot of little things well. Hell of a blocker and was like a 2nd QB out there. For a guy that got his leg decapitated in College, what a run. His surgeon did a hell of a job.

I was getting ready to say this.I'm not tryna hear this shyt about Curtis Martin being better than Gore. Dude averaged 4.0 upcoming for his career and had three seasons in his prime of 3.5, 3.6 and 3.8.
Foh with that talk. That's that Eddie George bullshyt.![]()

I mean, I dont think this is even debatable. hes easily the GOAT Niners RBSteve is my fave but frank for sure one of my faves and best rb we have had
He was consistent, but never really stood out except for his 2nd year in the league when he hit 1,695 yards.
That said, it's hard to be a 1,000 yard back every year. And he did it 9 of his first 12 years in the league.
Probably no one will put him in their Top 10 but he's had a great career.
True workhorse.
:Caneblessed:Officially 5th all time rushing leader...may end up 4 at the end of the season.
