I have him 3rd behind Phil and Riley as the GOAT coach but universally he's going to be in everybody's top 5.

Hell even if you included NBA coaches and NCAA division ONE coaches, he'd still be top 5 along with Coach K/Wooden/Adolph Rupp :manny:

pop IMO is better than phil

better personality as well, u never hear pop making hoe statements and sounding bitter. Plus phil jackson looks like he walks on stilts

I'm probably gonna get some flack for this, but how can Phil be ranked so high with the teams he coached? He had MJ and Pip in one era, and then Kobe/Shaq in another, of which 3 are top 20 all time, and the 4th is top 50 all time. Here would be my list:

1. Brown

2. Auerbach

3. Pop

4. Riley

5. Phil

I think Coaches 1-4 can do what Phil did. I don't think Phil can do anything better than coaches 1-4. And this is coming from a Bulls fan who watched the Unbeatabulls in the 90s
