i dont even consider pac to firmly be a "west coast" rapper ....nikka was born, raised, and spent more than half of his life on the east coast. as for snoop, dre, xzibit and warren g ...theyre not on ice cube's level imo. especially since snoop and dre dont even write their own shyt, and tbh i wouldnt put it past either xzibit, or warren g for doing the exact same shyt
