3 point assassin. World Champion. When I think of clutch 3 pointers its Allen and Fisher that come to mind as players of the past 10-15 years who was launching them shells from range. I don't know where to rank him but he won't be forgotten.

top 2 shooter

and the position he plays is SHOOTING guard...which is why I think if we're evaluating pure scorers...ray in the convo for top 10 (maybe not top 5).

who else you got in top 2 shooters tho?

In his specific arena, he is either the greatest or second greatest shooter of all-time, depending on how you mix him and Reggie Miller. And he hit arguably the greatest shot in NBA Finals history, clearly in the top ten and probably at least in the top five, and definitely the most memorable shot in recent seasons.

Honestly, to me, even though I've always felt Ray was clearly the better player, the one thing I thought separated he and Reggie from a historical standpoint was that Reggie had that comeback clip against the Knicks that could be played forever and Ray didn't really have that one defining clip... after that 2013 championship, he has it.

Jordan Kobe Wade West AI are my top 4 shooting guards. Maybe an argument can be made for Ray at number 5 over someone like Drexler but that's about as high as he can get to me. Overall I think he's a top 70 player in NBA history.

Penny was a PG.

He was already over the heal and beaten up once he had his opportunity to play shooting guard
