There is no rush but if Westbrook request a trade OKC will probably trade Westbrook to a team he's okay with but also involve other players(Schroder Adams) and multiple teams to make it work out for them as well. I think the organization wants to work with Westbrook because they are obviously going all in on a rebuild and he would be disgruntled playing on a losing team.
