Ricans or Domincians don't live along the N line in Astoria, those N line stations in Queens are mostly white ppl.

The video in the OP is in the BX, under one of the number line EL's, its not in Brooklyn cause Broadway under the J line EL isn't setup like that, L line only has two tracks and the other two EL's have mainly russians, white ppl and asians living near them.
