Don't be scared of that nikka, just block low

Yeah, I can handle the lames and AI but brehs that know what they're doing with Eddy are a problem. :why:

Eddie, Kaz, and Alysa are annoying to face.

Actually Xioyu was a beast....

Eddie was the only character that gave me problems. no one else stood in my way...

:birdman:

:obama: I used her a few Tekkens back. When Jin was my main, she was my sub.

Now it's

Nah, VF is a sophisticated game of rock, paper, scissors... if you have an understanding of fighting games, it's easy to pick up and learn.
Tekken? It's so many layers to the mechanics that it takes far longer to completely understand what beats what.

The Tekken parry system is a gimmick. What layers are you talking about?

In VF there's a code so to speak. It's clear as day what is used to counter what. Sidestepping for example. Linear moves are easily steppable. If somebody is sidestepping like crazy, then a sweep or a throw beats that etc. Ducking beats throws, mid attack beats ducking, I can go on and on, but it's not hard to understand in VF how to counter your opponent after you know the game's mechanics.

Tekken has so many character unique properties, and a loaded roster that it's just not as easy as this beats that or that beats this in the game. The real mind games are most prevalent on the highest of level of play... but for casual play, it's more so just knowing your juggles and pounding on people who don't know how to get up properly or some shyt.
