Your application probably got thrown out when they saw your last name is Jackson, Johnson or your first name Jerome, Tyrone, Hakeem.
i have an african last name but with the way its spelt they probably have no clue plus i'm named after bill clinton so :skip:

:heh: i'm not mixed so why would i?

either i check mark black or i check mark N/A

i need to know which one will get me a job

i've never put my middle:huhldup:

N/A automatically marks you as a black:francis:

I'm telling you "Two or More Races" keeps em guessing:jawalrus:

also, you probably gonna be looked as a "safe" negro from your app.

I was thinking of this same thing a few days ago. I mean, why do they even need to know? :leostare: shyt just seems unnecessary unless im missing something
Nope it's just standard EEO. Everyone gets a fair chance, the job selection is not based on race, gender, or sexual preference. :sas1:
