I've seen it on here numerous times.

Those are the things I'm looking for. what cities fit those criteria? also, a big black community as well. Although, if your lists of cities don't include a big black community I want you to list those as well.

Forest Park, IL

Forest Park is kinda sketchy for a suburb. No newer apartments there. All the buildings are like 50+ years old.

Location is convienient, tho. I lived in the west suburbs and used to just take the blue line from Forest Park into the city.
