Combine chicago detroit dc and indiana and go on a fukkery overload.

I think this would be dope....just a whole Rust Belt region (Pittsburgh in the East to Chicago in the west Carcer City/Detroit smack in the middle), some snow areas (which is surprisingly absent from the series), and go in. Totally could have some redneck, Trump country areas. You could do some GREAT stuff on metro Detroit/Chicago suburbs, not to mention the Chicago political fukkery you could include.
