let him steal a HC job and bring in a real OC. Force Red to actually let him call plays and set up a smooth transition. Yup, was watching GetUp and everyone was all in agreement that he clearly can read the field and can break down defenses and his lack of mobility is the cause for the picks.Never a murmur about his ability to "read defenses" or "digest the play book"..
