So much wrong here it's not even funny. Guy by Guy.

Miz is terrible, no one cares about him and I never stanned him, we all know that. He drags the shows down with Miz TV, and from a PR standpoint when you are in front of an 8 year old child and threatening to rip up the kids autograph sheet unless he says that you are his favorite wrestler and the kid flat out refuses then something is wrong there.

I didn't name all members of 3MB just Jinder and Mcintyre. Jinder just sucks, he is a terrible wrestler, no promo skills and a stupid look. Mcintyre was pushed to the moon, called the Future of WWE by VIINCE MCMAHON, and then went on to wrestler terribly, cut worse promos, had superstars refusing to lose to him (Rey Mysterio) and then got his ass beat by his girlfriend, he shouldn't have a job.

Kofi has been done over and over. No one cares. When he was injured I didn't see any Kofi signs or anyone on here talking about when he was coming back. No one noticed.

Axel was a huge flop, he did nothing to help himself. He has zero charisma and his 50 year old guys like Konan calling him out on Twitter. That;s his claim to fame. no one cares.

Yoshi just eats up roster space, useless. He can maybe stay because of his Asian connection. Kind of like Justin Gabriel and South Africa. If both of those guys were random white/black dudes they would have never gotten jobs to begin with though.

As for Wade Barrett if they have to keep repackaging you because you mess up your own pushes , then you need to fukking go. This Bad News Barrett shyt is fukking AWFUL. Meltzer has called it the worst segment on RAW ever since it debuted.

Again, if you want champion mediocrity and people who just skate by, then go ahead. That's not me. I expect more and WWE should too. They have gotten real lazy.

Your first point about Miz contradicts your point about Kofi. Obviously there are kids who still care, since he was that kid's favorite wrestler. And Miz does more outside the ring promotion than anyone except Cena. They're not gonna get rid of him for that shyt with the kid.

Axel was a flop because they had no real idea what they were doing with him. When you debut getting fluke wins against guys who walk out of the ring because they have more important things to attend to than their matches with you, you've already made him look like a chump. Was he great on the mic? Absolutely not, but that's why he was with Heyman. Something a lot better could have been done with Axel and I'm not willing to put all the blame on him for that.

You'll get no argument from me about Bad News Barrett. That shyt is terrible.

WWE being lazy is why these guys have such inconsistent booking, not why these guys are still around (except maybe JTG).

The only thing I will concur on is that with only one world title and the IC title being elevated, there may not be a place for guys like Axel or Barrett because WWE won't put them in the main event, and may not trust them with a decent IC title run now, so they're likely to flounder in the midcard.

I thought i was the only one who looked foward to WWE's annual "spring cleaning" of firings then around June, Teddy Long had that Smackdown talent search.(or whatever he called it)

I Remember when Sylvester Terkay and Elijah Burke debuted in 2006 along with Mr. Anderson after they fired a bunch of jobbers

dirtsheets reported that since WWE is a global company it makes no sense they would do mass releases given their success. Triple H passed the Edict that instead of releasing talent just let them sit until there contracts run out.NXT doesnt apply since that talent was never called up.

There has been an interesting shift in philosophy ongoing in WWE thanks to the ascension of Triple H. We’re told Hunter feels it makes the company look bad when they have “mass releases” at a time, which is why WWE hasn’t had tremendous post-Wrestlemania roster cuts like we’ve seen in years past. Triple H’s rationale is that if WWE is a successful company, why would they fire talent in droves every year?

Therefore the edict is essentially this – Don’t fire anybody!

Some may ask, well they just cut Kassius Ohno on Friday? We’re told the philosophy doesn’t extend to developmental talent as they are not yet “WWE Superstars.” However, once a worker makes it to the main roster, that worker must do something that is “so terrible that it’s unavoidable” to actually lose their job. We’re told Hunter would rather allow for contracts to run out and not re-sign them, as opposed to making a publicized cut.

Two examples that were given to us were Evan Bourne and Ezekiel Jackson. Both are ready to return but WWE has struggled to find plans for either one. We’re told they’re being kept on payroll until their deals run out rather than cut them loose early if it’s decided to not bring them back.

there's no more great talent coming up these days. Wrestling schools are dying.

They can't just be firing mass amounts of proven in-ring talent
Derrick Bateman had potential. I don't know why it didn't work out.

The Last of the Outlaws
WWE Superstar Ezekiel Jackson, who has been out of action for over a year with an injury, wrote the following on his Instagram today:

“In July 2008 I made my #smackdown television debut with “The Brian Kendrick”… much love to TBK for seeking me out and choosing me. I was fulfilling a dream I had as an 8 yr old kid who saw and fell in love with professional wrestling for the first time through my neighbors window in #Guyana South America… On April 6th 2014 my contract expired so #WrestleMania 30 was #bittersweet. I thank God for all the blessings he’s bestowed upon me in the last 7 years. In my time in the #wwe I became the last #ECW Champion and a one time Intercontinental Champion… I’ve also traveled the world given the opportunity to do what I love. Encountering some of the most passionate and reliable fans in the world… I am deeply appreciative to Vincent McMahon and the #WWE for allowing a snotty nose lickle bai from Victory Valley Linden Guyana to live out my childhood dream on the highest level. #Godspeed to the company and all of my friends and colleagues. #beblessed Extremely excited for the next chapter in my life. I’m looking forward to this new season…. I’m still 290 pounds and #healthy. I can be reached for bookings, sponsorship and signings through my manager at: Rjsmanandco@gmail.com #Godbless”
