I don't think Rae waits too long in between projects. Post Cuban Linx 2 he's been keeping his name relevant through features, dropped an album and at least a couple mixtapes (Lost Jewelry, Unexpected Victory) and he has an album coming out next month. Not to mention touring non-stop for at least the last 3-4 years.
