Im a Skins fan and Ngata didnt deliberately go after his knee. RG3's 'n ass went superman flying in the air and Ngata just hit him as he should, it just so happened he hit him right in the knee. It was just an unfortunate play. If RG3 doesnt have his right leg flying in the air like that, ngata wouldnt have touched it
