After spending some more time with the single player component, there's way too much going on & the menu's are terrible. Feels like Golden Corral: The Videogame. Burgers, fish, pizza, greens, Mac & Cheese, french fries, sausage....everything you want is laid out, but nothing is truly high quality. This might would have been down my alley a few years ago, but I'm not crazy over this as it is. I don't hate it, either. It's just kind of there.

I just deleted it last night lol. I liked it but I felt the combat was just ok nothing special. The menu is pretty clunky, I could navigate through it but it wasn’t worth the effort. All that said I recommend it the game is free after all, but there’s other games I want to play more than to sit and grind out a f2p

I can appreciate the fact that this game has the sheer audacity to try to be 12 different things at once :skip: Only played a few hours but the monetization doesn’t seem egregious and I like how you can play it like a straight up single player game. Story is TBD but it’s better than expected for a F2P game

On paper it has everything I’ve wanted in an ARPG but it feels like a jack of all trades, master of none type game. Everything is decent to good but nothings really stood out to me. How much you like it seems dependent on how much you like the sum of its parts all together vs a specific mechanic or gameplay that really hooks you.

Menus and UI are crazy convoluted and it’s gonna take a lil more time for me to wrap my head around it and the progression systems before I can give my final judgement. It’s good enough to make me want to play more and has a ton of “potential”, but combat has only been decent to me so far so how that opens up will really determine if this game can actually hook me or not

This how I feel. Like, I want to like this. If they put all their effort into single player, and pvp it could have been a martial arts Elden Ring.

But right now, it just feels like there are 1000 things to do, and they do a bad job at explaining HOW to do things. Toooo much happening, or maybe I’m just dumb af

Time to address the elephant in the room. What DIFFICULTY level are you ninjas playing on?????

I’m about to start but I’m stuck at this screen googling which one is the best to choose.

I picked recommended before I knew you couldnt change to legend after that, oh well. Im not trying to impress these random nerds, i play this for stress relief. Oh, and turn auto parry and that other auto stuff off in recommended if you want the game to be somewhat challenging

Legend.

It's just artificial difficulty, I don't think you get any bonuses ingame besides a badge that says you play on Legend and a flaming health bar on your screen as an indicator for content creators
