He may very well be the best pg in the game, playing in San Antonio works against him in these type of discussions though.

But i don't know if he can carry a team like for a season like Rose did in 2011. That's why i rank him second. Parker has always had Robinson Duncan and Manu with him. One all time top ten center, the greatest power forward ever, and for a time the 3rd best two guard in the league in Manu. D-rose has never had teammates that good nor (and this is no dis to Thibs) has he ever played in a system like San Antonio's. Which is why i think Parker gets overlooked. Because of the system and the caliber of players he's played with over the years.

Derrick Rose gets all the credit for the bulls success when it's thibs defense and the bulls rebounding that keeps them in games they play the same without him.I guarantee if the bulls had another scorer ie: Dwight Howard,Rudy Gay,Oj Mayo,Monta Ellis they'd be a 1-2 seed right now.
Rose is not a great pg ,a lot of people have his team success confused with his pg skills

Your delusional mentality knows no bounds.
He may not be a great PG but he's a great guard. I won't confuse him for CP3, he's a combo guard and if they had a tall point guard he could be two guard. But they list him as a point guard so that's what he is. And OJ, Monta, or Gay are nice but they ain't fukking with Rose. Let's not forget he was a 21 and 6 player before Thibodeau got there. He would have reached his 2011 standard of play regardless of who was the coach.
